Elise is currently a senior associate at Harvey. She advises Luxembourg and international clients in the fields of tax law, international tax law, corporate law, civil law and commercial law.

For several years, Elise has been advising innovative start-ups, institutional investors or domestic and international groups in the context of their technical development and commercial expansion in Luxembourg and abroad on issues of corporate, tax and contract law. She advises on various legal and tax issues relating to the legal, tax and contractual structuring of business or family projects. She also assists her clients in commercial negotiations relating to the management of contractual relationships. Finally, she assists her clients in pre-litigation and litigation procedures relating to commercial disputes, shareholders conflicts or direct or indirect tax issues.
