Alev is currently a senior associate in Harvey. She is mainly specialised in corporate law, corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, transaction business law and real estate. Alev regularly advises domestic and international companies on the structuring and financing of buy-out transactions, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and corporate reorganizations. She also frequently advices boards of managers and senior management on strategic and governance matters. In the past, she assisted her clients in litigation matters within her practice areas, such as shareholders’ and contractual litigation. In addition to her corporate expertise, Alev’s area of practice includes unregulated fund structuring and formation.
