Guy is currently a partner in Harvey and the head of the Litigation and Dispute Avoidance & Resolution practice group. Guy focuses on civil, commercial and administrative litigations and assists a clientele of individuals and companies. He provides Luxembourg legal advices and represents domestic and international clients before Luxembourg courts in a broad range of areas (lability, contacts, insurance, business law, debt collection, liability of directors, disagreement between shareholders and administrative approvals). Guy also provides assistance in litigation cases involving the award of public contracts. Since 2008, he also assists investors in several legal proceedings related to the Madoff case in Luxembourg.

  • Challenging a request for enforcement in Luxembourg of a Jersey judgment sentencing the client to pay EUR 200,000,000
  • Challenging the petition for unpaid commission for an amount of EUR 1,200,000 and condemnation of the counterparty to reimburse approx. EUR 250,000
  • Liability of the domiciliary agent for having instruct the bank to pay EUR 800,000 on the base of counterfeit orders
