Frank is a partner and heads the Corporate and M&A practice group of Harvey.

With over 20 years of experience, he focuses mainly on corporate and commercial law, advising domestic and international clients throughout the corporate lifecycle, from inception to liquidation.

His expertise covers a broad range of areas, such as the setup of company structures, corporate compliance and corporate transactions, mergers and acquisitions, cross-border group restructuring, contractual aspects, optimizing structure, corporate governance, equity and debt restructuring, project management for domestic or multi-jurisdictional clients, and winding-up.

Since the beginning of his career, Frank advised clients and worked with foreign professionals from a large number of jurisdictions including Europe, the UK, the USA and Asia, while covering numerous industries such as financial services, manufacturing, chemicals, telecommunications, real estate, energy, oil and gas, space technologies, entertainment, hotels and leisure.
