Yannys first had the privilege of collaborating with leading international financial institutions, providing support in the development of financing policies within the framework of state-guaranteed loans.
As a Junior Associate at Harvey, Yannys primarily engages in corporate law, civil law, and commercial law, areas in which he assists companies, both in terms of company formation or reorganization, and in matters of conflicts among corporate directors and/or shareholders. In this regard, Yannys guides his clients through both pre-litigation and litigation contexts, with a particular focus on civil and commercial disputes.
